Notice concerning the consummation of a share transfer and
determination of a new company name
We are pleased to announce that today we became a wholly owned subsidiary of MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. and changed our company name to "Minebea Power Semiconductor Device Inc." (hereinafter referred to as "Minebea Power Device").
