Masahiko Suzuki, President We are pleased to announce that we have made a new beginning as MinebeaMitsumi group through the 100% share transfer from Hitachi, Ltd.

We have more than 10 years of business partnership with MinebeaMitsumi and further synergy is expected in the area of production expansion & optimization as well as in the wide range business field (Machined Components Segment, Electronic Devices and Components Segment and Automotive/Industrial Machinery/Home Related Products) with our core product lineup, IGBT・SiC, High Voltage ICs and Diodes.

We will also create new synergy in the close product/technology category with MinebeaMitsumi such as Semiconductor, Sensor, Motor control and Power Supply devices and we are committed to contributing to the society through the products of power semiconductor devices with low loss technology in order to support people's happiness in environment-friendly Green Energy & Mobility.

We sincerely appreciate and hope the continuous support of those customers who have chosen our products and we are also committed to supporting new customers interested in adapting our products.
